Role Overview: As the Business Analyst and CRM Specialist at Pandora Finance, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the selection and implementation of a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, while also driving critical business data analysis and insights. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing customer engagement, optimizing operational processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Strategy and Implementation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives for the CRM system.
    • Evaluate and recommend suitable CRM tools that align with Aconomy's needs and growth plans.
    • Lead the implementation and customization of the chosen CRM solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Develop and implement CRM best practices, workflows, and processes to enhance customer interactions and relationship management.
  • Business Data Analysis:
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to user behavior, market trends, and operational performance.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure the success of CRM initiatives and overall business performance.
    • Generate insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Continuously monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency, and take proactive steps to address any discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing teams, and developers to understand user requirements and translate them into CRM functionalities.
    • Engage with external partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with Aconomy's objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, CRM technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in CRM strategies and processes.
    • Regularly assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Business Analyst, CRM Specialist, or similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably within the blockchain, fintech, or web3 space.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and tools like Hubspot, ClickUp, Freshteam and Zoho, with a track record of successful implementation and customization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, using tools such as Excel, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized exchanges is a plus.
