Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing and Branding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, experience in branding and placing products in the luxury market, and a strong background in lead generation and digital marketing tools. This role will be crucial in driving our brand's growth and establishing Aconomy as a leader in the RWA space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Aconomy's brand and products.

  • Enhance brand positioning and awareness in the luxury market, ensuring alignment with our target audience.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including SEO, SMO, Google Analytics, Twitter, and other social media channels.

  • Be up-to-date with all Web3 and luxury events, ensuring Aconomy's presence worldwide, especially in the MENA region.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve ROI.

  • Oversee and manage all digital channels (website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

  • Optimize social media channels such as YouTube, Telegram, and Discord to maximize reach and engagement; hosting Twitter spaces or AMAs is essential.

  • Focus on inbound lead generation through various digital marketing tactics.

  • Develop and manage a content plan to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content across all platforms.

  • Execute backlink strategies to improve website authority and search rankings.

  • Run and optimize ads across various platforms to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Establish and manage partnerships with other projects, running joint campaigns to expand reach and impact.

  • Create and implement product launch marketing strategies to ensure successful market entry and retention.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation, preferably within the Web3 or blockchain industry.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing tools.

  • Experience in positioning and promoting products in the luxury market.

  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
