Our groundbreaking product, Aconomy, is an asset-backed decentralized exchange (DEX) that's set to revolutionize the trading of real-world assets. To fuel our business expansion, we're seeking a Vendor Relationship Manager to lead the charge and onboard validators onto our stellar platform.



Role Overview: As the Vendor relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our reach and establishing partnerships with validators. Drawing upon your prior experience in e-commerce, you will bring your deep understanding of vendor relationships and apply it to the context of onboarding validators for our platform. 


Responsibilities:


  1. Identify and Target Validators: Research, identify, and analyze potential validators who can provide verification and validation services for real-world asset classes. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the validator landscape and their requirements, and evaluate their suitability for partnership.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential validators. Engage in regular communication to understand their needs, address any concerns, and build trust. Leverage your network and industry knowledge to establish connections with key stakeholders.
  3. Partnership Negotiation: Collaborate with the legal and technical teams to structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements. Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  4. Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to asset-backed decentralized exchanges and real-world assets. Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and propose strategies to enhance our market positioning.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to gather feedback, understand product requirements, and align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy. Provide input on market demand and customer preferences to inform product roadmap decisions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) of relevant senior-level expertise in managing vendor relationships, retail, operations, and business management/consulting, demonstrating a successful track record of achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business, or Management
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and experience in vendor management.
  • Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi), blockchain, and cryptocurrency concepts.
  • Strong networking skills with an established network of contacts in e-commerce or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
